Herbert Bautista
Herbert Constantine "Bistek" Maclang Bautista is a Filipino actor and politician. He was elected mayor of Quezon City in a landslide victory during the May 2010 elections. He previously served three consecutive terms as the vice mayor from 2001 to 2010, winning two reelection bids. He has been vice mayor of Quezon City, serving under then-Mayor and former House Speaker Sonny Belmonte.
